About Me

  • My approach is shaped by formal training and refined through years of lived experience.

    • Grounded in medical training, and shaped by its real-world limits

    • Informed by subtle energy work that helps address what standard approaches often miss

    • Focused on the energy field and broader system—this applies to humans and animals

    • Guided by what I consistently observe: when pace slows and regulation returns, bodies respond

    • Oriented toward clarity, coherence, and non-urgent decision-making

    • Continuously refined through my direct, lived experience and ongoing learning

    • Moving from Western medicine toward a more energy-focused practice was a significant shift.

    • It arose out of necessity after years of experience in medical practice.

    • My training and experience showed me how medicine and surgery excel in emergencies and acute care—and also where they fall short in addressing chronic, complex conditions.

    • Through my own lived experience, when personal health concerns could not be adequately resolved within that model, I became open to working at another level.

    • Direct experience with complementary and energy-based approaches changed how I understood healing.

    • From there, I pursued formal training so I could offer this work thoughtfully and responsibly, supporting both people and their animals.

    • This work continues to teach me. I share perspectives as I learn, notice, and refine—often in conversation with those I work with.

    • If these reflections resonate, you’re welcome to stay connected.
