Sessions begin with conversation about what is most present in your life right now.

As we talk, we may notice physical sensations, emotions, images, memories, or places where attention feels drawn.

I help you stay connected to the body while we gently explore what is ready to be seen or felt.

You are welcome to sit or lie down. Eyes can be open or closed.

The goal is not to force change, but to create the conditions for greater clarity, regulation, and integration.
